The Earth Sighed and Was Content

After failing to pay off a series of debts, a young man is lured into the woods by a group of unscrupulous individuals. They soon realize they are not alone.

Well, it seems as if I've been extra good this year because the awesome people at Exquisite Death have published another one of my short stories this month.

I remember watching a video of a forest where it showed the ground moving up and down as if it were breathing. Coupled with my love of wolves and my love of all things weird and this is how this little story was born.
